Terms of Service

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use YouDJNow. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

YouDJNow is a software platform that lets patrons of participating adult-entertainment venues submit song requests and discretionary gratuities ("tips") to the venue's DJ and performers. YouDJNow is a technology provider only. We do not own, operate, or control any venue, employ any performer, or supervise any conduct on venue premises.

All payments made through the Service are voluntary gratuities offered to the DJ for music requests. They are NOT payment for any specific act, service, performance, contact, or outcome. The DJ is not obligated to play any specific song in exchange for a tip. Tip amount does not entitle the payer to any specific song or interaction. Tips are not paid to dancers or performers through this Service.

The DJ has sole discretion to accept, deny, reorder, or postpone any request for any reason, including without limitation: explicit content, recently played, technical limitations, or venue policy. If a request is denied before play, the authorized payment is automatically released and not captured.

• Denied requests: automatic refund of the authorization hold.
• Played requests: NON-REFUNDABLE once played.
• Disputes regarding played requests must be raised within 24 hours via support@youdjnow.app and are reviewed case-by-case.

• Daily auto-payout at 4 AM local club time via Cash App, Zelle, or ACH.
• Default minimum payout: $25 (configurable per club).
• Manual "Cash out now": instant, $1.50 fee.
• House payouts: weekly (Monday) ACH to club's bank on file.
• Payouts > $500 single transaction require Club Admin approval; payouts > $2,000 require Super Admin approval.
• New payout methods require phone OTP verification and a 24-hour cooldown.

Refunds of played requests are deducted proportionally from each split recipient's next payout. If a recipient's balance is insufficient, the debt carries forward. Chargebacks result in a full reversal plus a $15 chargeback fee deducted from the house split.

• No unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or hateful song titles or messages.
• No impersonation of any person.
• No use of the Service to solicit illegal activity.
• No attempts to circumvent venue or platform policies.
• Do not use the Service while impaired to a degree that affects your judgment regarding consent to charges.

The Service is strictly for music requests and gratuities. Any attempt to use the Service to arrange, propose, or pay for any unlawful act (including but not limited to acts prohibited by 18 U.S.C. § 1591 or state equivalents) is grounds for immediate ban, payment reversal, and referral to law enforcement.

Each participating venue is an independent business. YouDJNow is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any venue, employee, contractor, performer, or other patron. Your relationship with the venue is governed by the venue's own house rules.

Song titles and artist names are property of their respective rights holders. YouDJNow does not stream, host, or distribute recorded music; requests are passed to the venue's licensed DJ for play under the venue's own music licensing.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific song will be played, that any specific performer will appear or perform, or that the Service will be available without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouDJNow's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid through the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouDJNow, its officers, employees, and partner venues from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in [STATE], under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in any class action.

We may update these Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
